Cal has a losing record against every Pac-10 team over the past 15 years? I guess they were awful in the 90's. And isn't it the Oregon State Beavers who have gone the longest without winning the conference as of 2008? If the Beavers want to be nationally recognized like the Ducks, they need to win the conference for once and stop just being happy beating the Ducks. Until that happens, stop talking Beavers.

Actually, there have been many "ties" for the conference championship, but if you go by Rose Bowl Appearances, Cal is the worst, having made their last appearance in 1959. Arizona is the only Pac 10 team never to have made an appearance, but they came into the conference long after 1959.
