If the Bears can continue scoring it's tough too see who could beat them at this point. Granted we're just past the quarter pole in the season, but regardless, they have looked VERY impressive.

Bears are the class of the NFC but they have the Falcons and Vick and Saints and Reggie in their future will be tough for any team in the league to face those two and expect a perfect season! Saints in the Dome are going to be almost unbeatable this year. the NFC playoff Picture barring injuries will be Bears Giants Falcons Seahawks winning divisions and Saints and Eagles or Rams the wildcards. INJURIES will determine what happens in NFC!!!!!

Hey, theres no reason to say your sorry, there are plenty of others that agree with you. They are the strongest team in the NFL right now, and showing that by the way they are playing. Compared to that other 5-0 team, they are winning games on both sides of the ball..... ![]() |

Bears absolutely have to be considered the best team in the NFC. Perhaps the NFL.
Can they go all the way? Sure. My biggest concern would be the offense's performance under pressure. They have whupped lesser teams, but can they raly against a quality opponent? Some AFC teams would be a tough match-up for them. For different reasons. Colts have an abundance of weapons, so will likely get some points on the board. Can Grossman perform under the pressure that Freeney and crew can put on? With guys like June prowling out there, mistakes will lead to INTs. Bears have a smaller front-7 that likes to get upfield. Like most Cover-2's, this can have difficulty stopping a determined power running game. Ravens and Chargers fit that bill. All in all though, I don't see any NFC team as balanced as the Bears right now. Assuming Grossman can stay healthy can continue to perform at a respectable level, they should be the favorite to represent the NFC. From there, it will come down to 60-minutes of play. |
