Steroids, Testosterone.. how prevalent in NFL?

With the big scandal going on in MLB with steroids and testosterone abuse, I wonder how long before then NFL starts really seeing the effects of it...

on another note.. what REAL % of players you think use performance enhancing drugs? Lets see how blind we think we are..

I'd guess its quite high, or much higher then people assume..

My Wild Guesses:
Have used Performance enhancing drugs in past: 80%
Have used in the past year: 40%

just random, baseless opinions. I dont think anyone really knows. But after seeing a punter, and pitchers get busted, I'm sure there is a lot more hidden out there then we all know about..

I have buddies in the NFL. Their testing program is pretty tough but you do have guys who can cycle and still get by. Mainly linemen. The past used to be far more prevalent.

I would have to say it's somewhere between 1 and 100%.

At least there is no margin for error there.

On a more serious note - At least 40% are currently using them and it could be as many as 60%...

I agree that the testing program is pretty tough, but I would say there are still quite a few that do use, or have used and getting by one way or another.
