Hester even as of now, has to be up to the top of the list... I'd have D. Hall up there too for those few years with Kansas City. Then maybe Desmond Howard????

1. Hester = Hall (as or right now that is...)
2. Desmond Howard 3. Deon Sanders 4. Allen Rossum 5. Mel Gray (Detroit Lions, mid 80s-90s)

Hester scores more td's than anyone. However, imo he is not nearly as fast, and exciting as Dante Hall, or Deion Sanders. By the way, on Madden why does Hester have 100 speed? As far as I know he has never ran a 40 yard dash faster than 4.34 seconds. Let me get this straight Hester 4.34 = 100 speed. Chris Johnson 4.24 = 98 speed. ????? While i'm on the subject Mcfadden is WAY better than Johnson on madden! BS!

There is no doubt in my mind Devin Hester is the best kick returner if only because of the importance of his returns. He pretty much won the game against Arizona with his return, he swung the momentum of the Giants game into Chicago's favor with his return of a missed FG, he returned 2 kicks for a touchdown against St. Louis, he scored a touchdown on the first play of the Super Bowl. No one can understate the importance of that. He practically won the Denver game in 2007 with his returns. He went blow for blow with the Vikings in 2007 almost by himself. No one is more clutch when it comes to returns.

What!!!??? You mean Devin Hester or Dante Hall? Dante is on the Rams...so that's what happened there. And Hester got injured part way through trying to manage a starting WR position
