Hester is not the best, he did good but they thought it would be smart to try and make him a Wide Out and now he is a lousy WR and a lousy returner.

If he made career out of consistently being as dangerous as he was then yes but nobody is even scarred of kicking to him anymore, I think he is cocky there have been a few plays where he cost them yardage or the ball by being all cocky and either getting nailed or trying to gain style points and again getting stopped short.

Hester is just another name in the crowd, Special Teams are the focus of a lot of teams now both coverage and returners.
