Well, we're further down the season now... I maintaint that if Ryan has a good week this week, he's gonna be the front runner... He's facing the Eagles D and a good showing could seal the deal...

Odd statement since this thread was started at the begining of the season then... Don't you think...

At any rate, right now... Chris Johnson's my pick... As of right now... But again, I'm standing by what I said before about the 0.500 thing in Atlanta...

like i said no1 is winning any awards in the first half of the season. this thread was made up to see who people thought would win when the season is over not by halloween. no1 cares how you start all that matters is how you finish.

I went with Ryan just because of the way the Falcons have turned it around this season and he's one of the big reasons why, but it's going to be close.
I think Royal will get some consideration too when it's all said and done.

DeSean Jackson seems to be a huge factor this year on an already potent Philly offence. Chris Johnson is beasting though

Yes, DeShaun looks like a playmaker that's for sure... I just don't know about him as rookis of the year... Great player though, could become the next Santana Moss WR in the league... When he runs around, it's like he's at another level in speed out there... Like this week, when he caught that short pass over the middle, heading to the left sideline... Sorry I don't have more details... You could just see how, not only fast, but quick he is. Made guys look like they were standing still... As for Jackson, amazing! Really, all of the guys that are starting this year look amazing... That being said, there really is only on rookie QB to speak of this year and well... You know what I think about him BTW, he posted a 138.4 passer rating this past weekend...

DeSean really does look like he's on a whole 'nother level agility wise. Definately a play maker. Chris Johnson is just sweet. If Lendale wasn't such a TD vulture Johnson would have more talk

I think Royal well if he can get a 12+ catch game before the end of the season
