Favorite snack during the games

Hey there gang, just sitting here getting excited about the games, and debating on what snacks to have next to the chair. I hate to get up during the games, so I do a little bit of "Camping Out" in my recliner.....

I have my Beer Nuts, which is my favorite game snack, along with some chips and a few cans of soda to wash them down with. So, what are some other favorites to munch on, while the games are going.....???

Mountain Dew, Chips, Salsa, Ruffles, French Onion Dip and whatever else I can find in the house that looks remotely good to eat.

At the sports bar it would be wings and/or onion rings. Sometimes on cold days I'll start with a crock of French onion soup. If I make it there for brunch I'll side with a Monte Cristo sandwich w/ unlimited Bloody Marys.

At home it would be tortilla chips with homemade salsa.

Is beer a snack?

That depends on how many you drink, one or two bottles is a snack, and I believe a case is considered a full meal.........

I love Chicken Tenders with fries and BBQ sauce but they are usually WAAYY over priced. At Gillette Stadium it's not bad of a deal for chicken tenders and fries dish. I think it's like $6 or something and it comes with A LOT.

Chips and dip, soda/beer, tortillas and salsa. It's always a plus if someone makes taco dip...I absolutely love that stuff.

inSTAAled...I want to try your diet!

I'm all about the pretzels... good, crunchy ones. I also love me some onion dip with potato chips... Either making the dip with Knorr Onion Soup Mix, OR "Helluva Good" Brand ready-made onion dip.

As for Salsa and nachos, yes indeed they hold a special place in my heart as well.... But my wife likes them too, so I know I'll have to share if I get those

Tater... great observation on your part regarding nachos.

I definantly regretted eating that many nachos come this morning.

Felt terrible and to top it off I had to go sit through school for 7 hours.

Can't wait to do it all again next Sunday!!!! (maybe a pizza diet this time?)

Now THAT'S a diehard Football Snacker, you fell bad for eating that much during the games, yet you are ready to do it all again next week.
