Yards are VERY important, again, going simply by TDs Dallas Clark is better then 90% of the receivers in the league. The statement that people didn't consider Bruce or Holt better then the trio is a matter of opinion. That Rams offence better then the Vikings, Colts and 49ers offences on the other hand is not.

I'm not gonna argue for the 9ers or Steelers....cause I don't care about them.

To be fair, Emmitt>>Faulk is pretty debateable. I'd take the Faulk of those Rams teams over Emmit. As I said earlier, he was the best player in the league for 2 or 3 seasons.

He was...and I'm a big Emmit fan. Faulk was much more rounded and played an even more dynamic part of the offense than Smith. Overall Emmitt was the better player as his level of excellence was much longer, but head-to-head, Faulk was the best player in the league for a couple of seasons, although again, Emmitt was top tier for a longer period of time.

Nice excuse I always hear to discredit him.....most the people who say that are posting out of sheer ignorance and rarely watched the Cowboys play at all.....so they have no idea about anything.

Nobody is getting anything in a bunch of any kind...it's just lame as hell that any time Emmitt is brought up he is instantly discredited some with the line crap.

Well wouldn't you admit that was the best OL ever with Newton, Stepnoski, Gogan, and the Moose at FB.

Might want to remove the 2007 Pats from that list, they didn't win the SB so they aren't in this discussion. This is about all-time SB teams who have won it, not about those who have fell flat on their face.

Pats are out for sure now haha

Also, The Greatest Show On Turf should get honorable mention as they did have an outstanding offence. But no doubt, the 9ers teams were definately better than most of the other dynasty's. Pats of now against the 9ers of 80's, possibly even 90's, Pats would lose by at least a TD. Asante Samuel wouldn't stop Jerry Rice at all, Steve Young/Joe Montana (depending on era) would pick apart that secondary, and Roger Craig is Mr. 3rd Down, so that's self explanitory. That's just the offence. The 9er defence was stellar. But anyways, I'd take 9ers over pretty much any team really. The Boys are close behind though, followed by the Steel Curtain.

It was the 1991 redskins team that set all those records for scoring with Mark Rypien that was a great year. The 1983 Skins team may have been better but since we were blown out in th SB 38-9 by the Raiders that team doesn't get the respect it should get. Either way the 1991 team should be on the list.

Chicago Bears Da Bears

Of the teams on this list, the '85 Bears are the best. I'm not old enough to have seen the dominant Steelers and Cowboys teams of the 70's or the Packers teams of the 60's, but based on teams I've actually SEEN in action, the '85 Bears would absolutely destroy all of the teams of the 80's and 90's.
