Quote:
The Jags play-off hopes COULD have been ended by his play. He is a liability, but they managed to go 2-2 during his extended play. Over those four games, he has a QB rating in the low 60's. More importantly, statistics aside, he looks wretched. Quote:
If Childress is fired (and there was much rejoicing), then a 1st round QB is quite possible. Even likely, if we can't secure a QB via trade or FA. Vikes need to win now if they want any chance of a SuperBowl with the current core of the team. If they are going to wait the 3-years to develop a rookie, they will also need to rebuild the defense as well. On that side of the ball, all the high-end players have already hit their prime or already in decline.

Vince Young shouldn't be on this list he doesn't have any decent WRs. Rex Grossman should be on the list. As for Tarvaris Jackson what did the Vikings see in him at Alabama State for them to think this is the guy who will lead them to the SuperBowl?

IMO, the jury is still out on Vince Young and Leinart, so neither should be on that list (yet)
I'd put Grossman on that list... ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by EvilVodka : 07-11-2008 at 05:32 PM. |

Tarvaris Jackson is a disaster. He is by far the worst QB in the NFL. I don't know what the Vikings would do without Adrian or Chester.
