After the game

After watching the news this week about the NFL, and some things that have traspired during the Pre Season Games, and even during the practices, it makes me wonder about something. When players have a "Scuffle" on the field of play, whether during a game or in practice, does "Payback" stay in their minds afterwards.....?? And if it does, when they finally get the chance for that payback, does it matter if it's on the field, or off the field.....??

I think a lot of the scuffles could be put under the catagory of "In the Heat of Battle". Tensions run high on the field. It may sit in the back of a player's mind for the next time they play each other. However, I don't think they would brawl after the game.

Yeah, I don't think there will be a fight after a game. Mostly bad words from each player.

I would really hope that there won't be any mishaps after the game...it wouldn't serve as a great opener...

I also think it's due to high running tensions during the game. I've seen people have scuffles during a game, then go and talk to each other in a civil manner afterwards.

I guess this is why "Most" of them, are called professionals..... I have only seen a couple of players, that keep after each other in the media, after a disagreement on the field. Of course, a lot of that looked and sounded like "Trash Talk" anyway.......

Aha, very good point. They didn't get along off the field, and even drug it into the media. I would say the tension was high, when they were in practice together......

I think T.O is just a jerk....McNabb gets along with the others just fine...usually someone who has to be the center of things...reminds me of other arrogant players...deon...blech
