I'd coach whoever paid me the most, I'd do as horrible as possible so they'd have to buy me out so I could get hired somewhere else....I call it the Larry Brown strategy.

![]() I'd probably pick the 49ers. So much history there. I'd make sure I get a long term contract and build the team to what it once was ![]()

My first answer was the Denver Broncos, but they are doing so well, I would probably make a mess of things. And speaking of messes, the team I would coach, would be the Saints. They have new life this year, with the pick ups they have made, so there's plenty to work with......

being able to coach at Lambeau Field, the former hall of Vince Lombardi....it's tough to turn down the Packers.
although the Bears would be nice too. |

I'd coach the Bengals...you're almost guaranteed a sucessful coaching career with young Carson Palmer at your disposal. He's going to have a great NFL career, and so is Marvin Lewis. Plus, Palmer's only in his 3rd year - he really is going to be one of the best of all time IMO. THis is the soul reason I'd pick the Bengals. Oh, and also, you get to chill with Chad Johnson and he seems like he'd be cool.

carolina panthers.
first thing i would do is try to convince the board to change one of the team colors from anything but that horrible blue. next, i would make deangelo williams the starting rb. he's going to be better than bush, and i've been saying that for over a year. then, i would snatch mario williams from the texans. the thought of him playing alongside julius peppers, kris jenkins, and ma'ake kemoeatu or mike rucker is too tempting. that would be a sick, sick, SICK d-line! finally, i would try to make my defense the greatest in football history. i love defense. i'm talking about holding teams to no more than 100 ypg, multiple shutouts, rib cracking tackles, and helmet destroying hits. I would coach carolina, and for the offense i would go balls to the walls and go for it on 4th down (sometimes), since fox wont do it. I wouldnt give D Williams the start yet but he would get plenty of playing time. I would make alot more use out of Drew Carter. I WOULD NOT CUT ERIC SHELTON. There has been speculation that he will be cut, and if i was coah id keep him, he is huge and he has played well in pre season, he is one of those backs that is better in the game than in practice. He had 10 carries for 44 yds last night and thats better than all of the others rbs this pre season. By mid way of the season i would definatley consider giving Williams the starting RB job. I would also NOT CALL RUN PLAYS ON 3 AND LONG LIKE JOHN FOX DOES ALL THE F****** TIME. Dont get me wrong fox is a great but he does make stupid decisions from time to time.
And Tbell what do you mean getting rid of the blue? You mean the alternate blue uniform? If so i would keep it and make slight variations to it, i would give them black pants instead of grey and put some kind of cool blue stripe design on it, and i would add some black or silver to make the blue jersey flush with the black pants Last edited by BADASS_MOFO : 09-01-2006 at 06:19 PM. |

i'm talking about the carolina blue in in every manifestation. first, you have to realize i'm a state alum (go 'pack!). secondly, that shade of blue is... effeminate. lastly, when have you ever seen a panther with blue anywhere on it?
