This is horrible. We have just lost one of if not the greatest mind in the history for pro sports. R.I.P. Bill Walsh.

He could arguably be the best coach in the history of the game. Walsh built the 49ers out of the ashes and transformed them into the dominant franchise of the 80’s.

Mr Walsh now has a seat at my table with Mr Landry and Mr Lombardi.

I saw every one of them from their beginnings to the very end, and I am losing out on a lot of the history I have had the pleasure of watching.

Thanks for the memories Mr Walsh.
