How about 3 chances, but each time you lose, you have to take the next week off? That still gives the advantage to someone who goes the furthest without losing at all.

You pick a team you think is going to win and if they lose you are done.

I think you can only pick each team once...

If it gets down to 3-4 left then we can start a new one and run two at a time.
