I would answer that yes he did. Not as productive as '05 with Brees but still an outstanding season statistically. Being on a 14-2 team doesn't hurt. Gonzales, Witten, and Heap would have gotten some of votes I'll bet.

Urlacher plays well within his system. He's not being asked to go after the money stats (sacks, INTs). I think you still make a good point, though. Ryans doesn't have nearly the DL that Urlacher has. A great DL, like in Chicago, means the big bodies on the OL have to fight through em. This leaves the LBs in better position to make plays. Ryans made his bones with a mediocre DL.

i don't think ocho cinco should have been there. TO was as consistent of a reciever as anybody in the league for the most part.
