The Lions by a long shot...

I don't feel that either the Texans or the Raiders are even on the same level of sucking as the Lions simply because:

1. The Texans are still newish. As such they haven't really had the chance to develop talent and so on as long as the Lions have. That being said they're starting to come around and some serious play had come out of them early on and I think may return in the near future.

2. The Raiders also have a history and past that a franchise can be proud of even if as of late they've sucked balls... With any luck we'll see that turn around in the next season a little bit.

WHAT!!! Are you serious? True they may not be that hot right now, but what can they do, they lost Vick because of personal off the field issues. Up until then, they only missed the playoffs by a few games... They even made it to the big dance in 1999 and had it not been the beast of a team that Broncos were that year, they might have even won it all...

In 2004, they made it to the Con Finals loosing to the Eagles... The DVD backfield still remains under rated with 2517 yds on the ground (5139 total)

As a side note, now that Vick is gone, they'll have more cap room to spread out and possibly make some much needed improovments in key areas of the team...

Not as bad as you'd have us beleive...

Really a tough choice but I gave the edge to the Raiders over Detroit only because it will be easier to dump Millen than to get rid of old man Davis, who just keeps on ticking.

I can see the Redskins getting involved, but still they have done much better than the Lions or Cards in the NFC.

The Saints were VERY poorly managed for years, they finally have people who are worth a crap.

I seriously doubt Bob McNair even knows what the f*** he’s even doing, allowing a general manager who has already been released from the team make decisions regarding the future is absurd. Since Day 1 This organization has been a sinking, ship botched draft picks, stupid trades, ridiculous philosophies on how to run the team you name it, and they’ve done it. This is officially the worst NFL franchise in the history of the league and I pray that one day we will no longer be the doormat of the NFL.
Cmon...what has Houston done so bad besides the mario williams pick? and even that is looking better and better each day...

The Texans went 8-8 last year...they've gotta be doing something right, just give them time

I originally picked the Lions, but if you based everything just on actual performance, its gotta be the Raiders...

I would say the Cardinals are the worst managed team in NFL history. The Bidwells have owned the team since the 40's and they have been awful for most of that time except for a couple of years in the 1970's and 1980's
