Sure it matters. Maybe the Hawks were interested in getting a guy that is amazing at running two yards and falling down. Or maybe they were excited by his ability to run into the back of his linemen.

Juluis Jones left Dallal because he wasn't getting enough carries. But Seattle has Shann Alexandrer, Moresse Morris, and TJ ducket. What makes him think he will get the ball anymore than he did in Dallas. They must of enshured Juluis that somebody was to be cut...Shaun Alexandrer

Julius left Dallas because he wasn't offered a contract. It had nothing to do with carries.
