Good win. Brees looked outstanding spreading the ball around like he did so often last year. The defense played a mostly solid game though helped out by the Niners offense a bit. Inching back to .500 and only 1 game out of the division lead now if memory serves me. Very very tough game against Jax next week but at least it's at the unsuperdome.

Saints remaining schedule:
Jacksonville
St. Louis
@Houston
@Carolina
Tampa Bay
@Atlanta
Arizona
Philadelphia
@Chicago

out of that 9, they could win up to 6 or 7 IMHO, which would give them 10 wins and probably a NFC South championship, am I crazy for thinking this?

I think yall will run the table which could put tall in contention for home field.

Not crazy. The schedule is favorable with 6 home games but there are certainly some good teams in there and the back to back division games vs Carolina and TB will be beyond huge assuming they go at least 2-1 in their next 3. That being said it's nice to see the team starting to click before it's too late.

I liked it better when everyone was hating on this team. Where's Gzus and Smoot when you need them?

Bump. Where did all the haters go?

Great win today, Drew was unstoppable and the defense aside from the big catch and the MJD return played fantastic. I would still like to see them cut down on giving up the big play but I can't nitpick too much on putting a hurt on Jacksonville. Ooh lordy, look out NFC.

Surprised, but they still have some issues. Jason David @ times looks worse than Roy Williams in coverage. Good turnaround, but is it too late? Right now, Tampa Bay is ahead by a win, and if Tampa wins the division I'm not sure if the Saints can pull out a Wild Card, especially with the likes of the Lions, Giants, and Redskins competing for it as well and with better records.

No NFC South team other than the division winner will make the playoffs in all likelyhood.

I think the remaining schedules favor the Bucs slightly perhaps, though it's real close.

I think the schedule is about even. IMHO who ever wins the meeting between the two will get the division.
