Bush isn't hitting the hole all the time, still looking for the big play, trying to cut it out, and trying to use his speed. In the NFL everyone is fast and Reggie will not outrun the whole defense. The O-line isn't the issue, it is the skill positions that are the issues.
The defensive secondary is porous at best, and the linebackers are having issues wrapping up the ball carrier. I don't think you can fix the defense, maybe just patching it up a bit, but will never be a stellar defense with the talent on the roster now. D-Line is talented but everything after that is lacking.
HA HA, you must not have watched that Monday night fiasco. Their poor play was a direct result of their O-line. They couldn't get any push in the run game and the pass protection was inconsistent at best. True, the wide recievers couldn't get open but don't excuse the O-line for their ineptness

Not true. This is a team that has plenty of skill position players with basically the same skill players back minus an ineffective Joe Horn last year. Brees is getting pressured and the O-line is not creating running room. The defense has been abysmal also obviously. If you think the reason this team is 0-3 is because the WR's aren't running good routes, I think you are very mistaken.

"We're not getting the job done," offensive right tackle Jon Stinchcomb said. "Obviously our running game has struggled, and we haven't provided a pocket where Drew feels comfortable. We're three games in and we haven't figured it out yet.

the pass D was bad last year but man i didn't think they would implode like this. jason david needs to straighten up or i'll put him in that fred thomas "doesn't belong in the NFL category"

I have to agree with you on that one. I didn't mean any disrespect to the Cowboys. They are a good team. I'm just dissapointed with the Saints right now. I just don't understand how they can't win a game! Duece is a major factor for the team. But,he isn't the whole team. They have dug a deep hole for themselves this season.

didn't say all starters need to be replaced more like 5-6 and with reason, putting strief in for stinchcomb isn't a bad idea because he showed some flashes of talent last year when he came in for jammal brown, and in his first carrer start bassiclly shut simeion rice completely down i dont think he beat him once. I think it wouldn't hurt to give him a couple of games to see if he can consistantly play like that. Brian simmons was brought in to compete for the starting job so he has the talent to start, why not let him he can't do worse than simoneau, mabye he can actually make some plays, he just isn't as smart as simoneau, then Lance moore should start in place of devery because its droped ball after dropped ball if he continues that why not see what moore can do as a starter, its devery's contract year if devery keeps dropping balls he isn't going to be back next year so why not prepare. Then the Usama Young thing speaks for its self, we had craft for the last couple of years and he hasn't managed to crack the starting lineup yet, he is over 30 why not keep him as the #3 guy and throw Usama in and him learn on the go he can't do any worse than thomas or david, plus he payed man to man in college so it wont be a big difference, the only thing is the alleman thing might not make to much since but you got to consider this if nesbit keeps playing inconsistantly why not let alleman go in there? its another thing like devery, its also nesbit's contract year so if he isn't playing that well you probably won't bring him back to be a starter next year but mabye a backup.Alan Fanaca would be nice, but maybe to much.
But you are right it would be to early to start replaceing people mabye at 0-6 or 0-8 if that happens then i think it would be smart to start considering it.

0-4 ain't gonna be a hole they can dig out of this season. The NFC Champion favorites have all but completely qualified themselves for a top 10-15 pick next draft.

Being a long time sAINTs fan and knowing the O-line blows I picked Carolina. You can have all the talent in the world but if you don't get protection up front your screwed. It's going to be a long year for the sAINTs. I'm predicting the #1 draft pick for them next year.

I really thought they would have a good year. Maybe they should cancel the rest of their season and play the New Orleans high schools. A different on each week. This would profit the city in two ways.

1) The superdome would sell out every Friday night.

2) The Saints would have a chance to finish the season at .500.
