we play AFC South teams this year and none of those games are gimmes
i predict a sweep or atlanta and probably a sweep of TB but thats hard and Carolina is always tough
its hard to predict but i see a NFC South championship repeat

The Saints certainly have enough offense to win any game they play. Brees and Bush are the perfect complements to Deuce. Their D line is one of the best in the NFL, and their young head coach is very good. If the Saints can get any help at LB and the secondary, they can go to the Superbowl. I see 12-13 wins, home field advantage, and a trip to the big game for them.

It comprises about 50% of how I make my living, the other half being cards.

Consider yourself challenged. We will see just how good both of us are. My guess is that you do most of your gaming on the internet. I certainly hope so. It makes it easier for me.

New Orleans Saints

The Saints are the best team in NFC no doubt. Who else can challenge them? Whenever they play other NFC South teams its always fun to watch. They will make the NFC championship again and then the super bowl. 12 wins with the losses coming against AFC teams

I don't think there is a truly BEST team in the NFC ATM. The top four teams in the NFC right now are gonna be the Bears, Cowboys, Eagles and Saints (Not in any particular order). Those are the four best NFC teams. The Saints have a pretty solid offense, counting on both Colston to have as good a year as last year and counting on Brees to be as on the mark as last year. I think the Saints have more to lose this year than to gain, b/c i they do as good as last year great, but if not then they were a one hit wonder.

well compared to the AFC there are no top teams in the NFC
i'm not a homer but let me argue your top 4 teams

Bears:lost Jones, likely to lose Briggs. this team has declined. they are gonna coast through the NFC North and maybe get a 1st round bye but they wont make it to the NFC championship game

Cowboys:Romo is going into his first full season and you know the disaster in seattle is still heavy on him. TO is drama, and they are freezing after a terrible streak in the last part of the year including the beat-down by the saints and an embarrassing loss to the lions.

Eagles:first of all they pissed off donovan by drafting his heir appearant in kolb. he's not showing it but you know he's upset. they gained takeo spikes but the D doesn't scare me. and they lost to the saints twice last year

Saints:young talent is a double edged sword. on one side its explosive and scores lots of points. on the other its inexperience. success is also double edged. how will this team handle the best season EVER for this franchise?if they play like they did last year its a super bowl victory

I love how people always thing TO is gonna be huge drama. They guy isn't that bad, and he did lead the league in TD catches with a bad finger. I agree that the Bears will more than likely taper off at the end of the season, but if they happen to sign Culpepper they have a good shot again. I agree with your point on the Eagles. But you give the Saints way too much, I agree they are a pretty solid team and are gonna be up there in the top 2-3 of the NFC, but they are still lacking some depth and consistency on the defensive side.

Bears: Will have a strong start, but will taper off at the end.
Cowboys: Solid on both ends of the ball. Romo is not affected by Seattle and will bounce back strong. New aggressive defense and offense.
Eagles: Will be solid up until McNabb gets hurt again, then it will fall completely apart.
Saints: Solid offense. But a porous defense. If Colston and Brees can duplicate and the defense can really buckle down, I can see them beating the Boys in the NFC championship game.

TO also led the league in drops does every cowboy fan forget that?

Porous? inconsistant maybe. they had the 11th ranked defense in yds/game which is *gasp* better than the cowboys and the eagles

i may be giving the saints too much credit but i'm not the only person saying they'll make the super bowl. have you heard anyone from ESPN or Sports Illustrated or anything saying the cowboys will make the super bowl much less win the division?

I love how ppl take everything the analysts say as gold. Most of the time those analysts are just spewing crap. Many things change once a season starts. I find it funny everyone says TO led the league in drops, yet he has the most TDs in the league, 9th most in yards, and all that on 13th in catches. Even with a broken finger and leading the league in drops he did better than any of the Saints receivers. The Saint defense was lucky last season with Fujita and I don't see them having as much momentum and energy as they did last season with the reopening of the Superdome. Of all the top teams in the NFC the Saints have the most to lose. They have a very good chance to do great but a pretty good chance to do worse as well.

I see them losing to: @Indy,@Seattle,@Carolina,Philly,@Chicago
They could possibly lose @ Tampa Bay, but I don't see it likely

The Saints will probably end up 11-5 if not 10-6. A pretty good record and I think they will win their division and possibly get a first round bye.
