Congrats to the Saints fans! Can't say that I'm lookin forward to a year of "who dat" (
 ), but the Saints have certainly had some tough seasons, and played like the best in the NFL today. |

Wow. Still can't believe it. I'll sum up my feelings with a quick story...
Growing up we played a lot of football in the baseball fields near our homes. My friends and I always wore the jerseys of the teams we loved. My buddy had a Montana jersey, another had a Walter Payton jersey, another yet an LT jersey, my best friend was a Dolphins fan and had his Marino jersey....this was around 1985 or so. I...a diehard Saints fan....had a Morten Andersen jersey...the only jersey this franchise had replica jerseys of at the time. A kicker. I was the laughing stock of the playground with that jersey..."Your franchise sucks so bad, the only jersey you can buy is the kicker's." etc.... Well....25 years later or so...I can finally say.....WHO mf'ing DAT now? An onsides kick to start the 2nd half...Jesus....God bless Sean Payton.

Sean Payton had it right when he handed the Lombardi over to Drew Brees... "This goes to our Super Bowl MVP and the MVP of our League..." Great win. And for the first time in like three years, no controversies!!!
