Good news for New Orleans

The team is locked down until at least 2010 with this latest option not being exercised. It's been an after thought since Katrina, but Benson had all but moved them to LA before that Hurricane. That would have been a tragidy, I am glad N.O. is keeping the Saints, they are some of the most loyal (and crazy) fans in the league.

This is really good news, cuse i've loved having what i consider a sister franchise from the Oilers days, I remember when Earl Campbell was traded to the Saints and how that crushed me ... and he never had a career like he did those 1st four years he was with us, when Earl Campbell averaged over 1600 yards and almost 14 touchdowns per season. and those were hard fought yards.

This is great news. Not only do the people in New Orleans area not deserve them moving but the whole Gulf Coast region doesn't deserve it. It would seriously crush a lot of people (including me

) We have all been through hell and back with this team through the bad days with the bags(before i was born but my dad remembers them days) to the Dome Patrol and than Jim Haslett winnin the first playoff game to goin 3-13 and gettin fired which by the way he didnt deserve and it sucked that happened. Now we got Reggie Drew brees Deuce and Colston and we are finally winnin!!!

If they ever move away it will be as Devastating to those people as the hurricane and i don't think that is an exaggeration. If they ever move i hope Benson burns and rots and gets raped everyday in hell and i truly mean that

As much as it was expected after the season they had this year and the ticket sales they've had this offseason, it's still tremendous to see it in print. Geaux Saints.
