yea!!! im actually looking forward to seeing the aints putting that first s back in their name this year. bush should be fun to watch...and duece is an awesome back too imo. with the addition of brees, i think horn and stallworth will have great years...career year for stallworth maybe! not sure about the defense...but the O has made some great steps this offseason at improving by leaps and bounds

I'm cheering for New Orleans just so that damned team doesn't move to L.A. I want an expansion team here, regardless of how much I like the Chargers or any other team that could possibly relocate to L.A., I'd much rather just grow with my own team, not someones cast off. But getting back to the topic at hand, I like Brees and Bush and hope they do well.

At some point this team is going to need a leader on the defensive side of the football. A playmaker who is going to come up with big stops and be able to have one of those games where he is totally dominant. Whether that's at the MLB spot or the SS position is moot. They need someone on that side of the football that offenses have to gameplan around. Will Smith is becoming a big time lineman but it will take more than him for this regime to get jiggy.

im so glad the eagles got stallworth...ive enjoyed watchin him for a long time now, and i thouhgt he was gonna do better than what he did in NO. but he should be a great weapon for mcnabb. yall got a decent/versitile linebacker in simoneau. i understand its a conditional 4th if stallworth is signed with the eagles next year...sound right? not sure? waht u guys think about the deal?

I believe that is correct. He always had world class speed but has had clashes with current and past regimes now. He showed signs of breaking through last year though and with Horn getting on in age I was hoping Stallworth would eventually become a #1 in New Orleans though it was not to be. He is a flat out burner when healthy with decent hands. Saints must start rebuilding the defense however which is just ridiculously awful.

I'm hoping the Saints have a good season. I've been a diehard fan for a long time. It seems they have some good talent this season. Let's just hope they can stay healthy and play to their potential all season.
