Packers CB Harris injures elbow, returns (AP)

Green Bay Packers starting cornerback Al Harris injured his right elbow in the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles, returned in the second quarter. As Harris was attempting to block an Eagles player on a punt return midway through the first quarter, Packers safety Atari Bigby slammed into both players.

Sounds like the 90's again. Cowboys 3-0 with the Packers 3-0.

Favre anounces retirement SB week, making way for Arod and adding another 9 mil to our cap space. TT will hit the open market one of these yrs. with a surplus of cap space.

I'm gonna go ahead and say the Packers will not lose another game, gain home field advantage, beat the Cowboys, go to the Superbowl, and defeat the Patties. I know it's a long shot but it's the only way I can tolerate it.

I'm with u man.

to tell u the truth, i'm curious how moss & CO. will handle man press coverage. I think it may cause problems, cause all they've seen all year is a soft 8-12 yd cusion. i think this may be the only chance the pack will have if they meet the pats.

also, i don't think it will matter against the cowboys, TO's too big to be fazed by press. but i think they can still beat em. should be a gr8 game!!

You're not possibly comparing your team, any team in this league to the Patriots are you?

did i say i was comparing them?? i was stating how i think our bump and run coverage might throw off the timing of the pats wr's. if anybody knows how to defend moss, it's GB. the same way we shut down jerry rice all those years.

we played the same type of coverage with craig newsome on rice. tight, in u'r face, knock u on u'r arse football.

any 49er fan on here can attest to how well this coverage worked against him. when GB did their best against moss as a vike was when mike mac and al played in his face. i'm just saying i think we have one of the only secondarys capable of containing moss & co.
