There seems to be a lot of bad blood between fan bases of the NFC East, if you’re not acquainted with the rules please take the time out to do so

We have been rather lenient on issuing out warnings & suspensions but starting the New Year there will be no more free passes awarded and being ignorant of the rules will no longer be excusable.

If topics continue to get out of hand there will be repercussions. … This goes for everybody.

It looks like a lot of newly signed up members seem to be disregarding the rules so please pay attention. The following rule must be followed by everyone who posts here. This is not up for debate or discussion. If you disagree with it, do not post here. If you can’t follow it, you will be banned from posting here.

Do not promote (SPAM) other websites in your posts, signatures, or PMs. (also to include shoutbox)

Do not use these forums to promote (SPAM) other websites or forums.

You may post links to any articles you wish to discuss, however don't post links for the sole purpose of promoting that web site.

You may not use your posts, signature, or send a PM to anyone promoting any websites or forums. This includes personal websites, blogs, GM Mock sites or myspace type pages.

If posting for fantasy football sign up, you must be an active member (meaning that you must make a valuable contribution to this site and not just 1 liners) and you must first obtain permission from a MOD before posting your league sign-up. If you’re granted permission please be specific regarding the rules & regulations to your league.

Anyone caught violating these rules will be banned immediately. The ban will range anywhere from a few weeks to permanent depending on the severity of your SPAM.

Please contact a MOD ASAP if you see anyone trying to SPAM on our forums.
