Should definitely be in that range. But I'll take 12-4 or 11-5 if it means we start winning games in the playoffs. Definite key to this season is for Romo to take the next step mentally. I cringe at the term "playoff choker", but consistency from December 1st on is a must.

Agreed. But, I don't think it should be too hard now. He's got a ridiculous supporting cast. Felix jones/MB3, Zach Thomas, Adam Jones, plus every other guy they already had...

I think they should get an automatic bye to the NFC Championship game.

They're sooooooooooooooooo good.

I think they should just give them the Super Bowl now.

I'd rather see them toyng with the likes of the their old foes in the NFC.

AFC Championship would be fun to watch as neiher team would be too anxious to be embarrased by the Cowboys in the Super Bowl. Probably a battle of safeties.

Dallas is very simple to figure out. They have a wealth of talent, but absolutely no discipline of their team. Phillis is no a disciplinarian. Jones also has no discipline, and that is when he is sober. This lack of discipline is obvious when you look at one of the worst NFL playoff records in the past 10 years.

I can see them going 12-4 and then getting beaten once again in the divisonal playoffs for the 7th straight time. They have a lot of talent but I don't think Tony Romo is a QB that will win you a Superbowl.

From what I saw last night, Special teams needs some major work. First team did'nt do half bad. One false start near the endzone but still got in lol. Also, I think Dallas cannot afford to many injuries as they are not deep in talent as you think. If everybody stays healthy, 12-4 is possible.

do agree special teams looked weak last nite. our first team played good last night.i do agree we cant afford injuries but i think if we stay healthly we should win atleast 13 like last year maybe even more. we get a better team on paper then we did last year.

Cowboys as Superbowl Contender

Yeah, the Cowboys could win it all....... all they gotta do is sort out that schmuck at quarterback. Tell him to quit his whining and hold onto the football when your teams trying to win in the playoffs. Douchebag.

Week One is only 8 days away. Great game right off the bat against the Browns. Should be a good one. Looking forward to another season of football, with the NFL package ordered. Won't be missing any games this season.

I can't remember if I posted this already somewhere, but this is the perfect thread for it.

I have 3 bets outstanding with Cowboy haters, $100 per bet and I get 15-1 odds...

however the Cowboys have to go 15-1.

By no means do I TRUELY believe they will do this, but the odds are outstanding and this is the easiest schedule I can remember. Hey I only risk $300 and stand to win $4500.

Lets go Cowboys!

Great odds Goose, but 15-1 is going to be next to impossible.
