NFC East predictions
This is my predictions for the NFC east this season
1. Dallas- They are the best team in the NFC east I still don't think they can win the SB with Tony Romo at QB but that is my opnion not a fact. 2. NY Giants- They are the World Champs but Strahan's retirement hurts them and there is always a chance Tom Coughlin might go back to his old ways now that they are the champs 3. Philadelpha Eagles- Donovan McNabb needs to stay healthy 4.Washington Redskins- New coach I don't know know how Jim Zorn will do he has never been a HC or OC before.Jason Campbell needs to stay healthy and have better judgement late in games also the OLine needs to stay healthy. |

It's a tough call, recently you just can't tell what the Eagles, Giants or Cowboys will do. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Cowboys not live up to expectations, and I kind of hope that they don't with all of the thugs on their team. The Giants won't repeat last year, but winning the division certainly isn't out of the question. I wouldn't be surprised if they have a sub-par year either. I think the Eagles have a shot at the division as well. It's lower than the Cowboys and Giants, but they have a good team that will be very dangerous, especially if they can stay healthy. I don't think the Redskins have much of a chance, but you never know. I think this year will be an adjustment which will prepare them to be a more dangerous team in the future. I guess we'll have to wait and see how it all plays out.

1.Cowboys- Second year in a Philip's D as well as a much improved secondary makes this defense a top 5 squad, if not top 3. Felix adds a whole new dimension to the offense, after a season with Jason Garrett the Romo will be even better and the prospect of Stanback possibly getting to contribute should be good as well as Glenn possibly being able to come back. Both offense and defense look like they will improve with yet another season under their current coaching situation. I see them repeating 13-3 if not better.
2.Eagles-A better wide receiver corps should help McNabb and the Eagle aerial attack, as long as McNabb and Westbrook Stay healthy I can see them going 11-5; without either of those two they will be going 8-8. 3. Giants- Weakened D, which was their strong point last season. Shockey discontent and not much else in receiving other than Moss, Burress, and an aging Toomer. Lucky 9-7 if not 6-10 4. Redskins - New coach, first year with new offense and defense. Still young QB, young WRs, and a defense that is still shaky. 4-12 but if lucky maybe 6-10.

Dallas is the most talented team in the conference. They are also the least disciplined team in the conference. Phillips is not big on discipline going in, and this team needs it desperately. Their inability to win playoff games says it all. They may well win their division, but they are a great fade in the playoffs. I have no trust or faith in McNabb's health, so I do not see Philly as a major threat to Dallas. The Giants may be, but they lose Strahan, and he was a key part of a defense that helped the Giants win 8 games by 7 points or less. As far as Washington is concerned, can they unite behind a 1st year coach? With so many question marks, this is a team that is very hard to figure out.

1).dallas cowboys- love are draft and the signings of pacman and zach. i think canty will have a big year this year on are d-line to help out d-ware.like are secondary alot to we got so many talented players in are secondary its scary.(hamlin, newman, henry, jenkins, pacman and roy will have a better year) our offense is stacked i dont think we need another wr i think glenn and crayton and hurd will do fine. felix will definitly do better then juluis did last year. romo is determined for an mvp type season. prediction 15-1. 2). philadelphia eagles- i expect a great year from donovan and siging samuel was huge. prediction-12-4. 3.) ny giants- dont forget before there miracle playoff run they only won 10 games last year. the talk hea in ny in october last year was when are they gonna fire coughlin. i think losing strahan is a tremendous loss. prediction-9-7.4.)washington redskins- jason campbell i believe will be a pro bowl type qb in a few years but not yet. i expect a dissapointing 6-10 season.

Dallas
Philadelphia Giants Redskins Agreed, Giants won only 10 games last year and got smacked around against winning teams until they hit the playoffs. They might be able to do it again, but no Strahan, Toomer older, Shockey unsure and God only knows what you've got with Eli makes it more likely they'll be third. |
