Giants might take a step back

I think the Giants are going to take a step back this year. Plaxico Burress is complaining about his contract. They still have the Jeremy Shockey issue and Michael Strahan's retirement will hurt them on the Dline even though Usi is very good on the other end.

Plaxico will come around, Shockey will be Shockey, and they`ve been developing Tuck. They were ready for Strahan`s retirement.

they haven't much from a SB team, but i think they'll miss the playoffs

The Giants will take a step back. It won't be difficult, considering they won the Super Bowl last season. Too many defensive losses and contract disputes does not lend itself to a successful season. We'll just have to see, but I'm expecting a step back, maybe even miss the playoffs all together.

I think they have a good year, but almost certainly a step backwards.
