Pack Attack

Cowboys will lose in Green Bay Week 3. Aaron Rodgers doesn't suffer the same Cowboys curse that Favre did.

I could also see them losing to Cleveland in Week 1.

Transplanted Caper

Lots of parity in the NFC East again this season. Tough to replicate a 13-3 season, but the talent is there to do it if it gets the breaks. My guess is between 10-6 and 12-4.

I just think that the parts we acquired over the offseason will make us very hard to contend with. We've improved our weakness on defense, by drafting two very capable corners and picking up a top-10 CB for almost nothing, and look for Roy Williams to move out of the traditional SS mold and do less covering. We've improved our complement to Barber by adding Felix, and added another dimension to our offense by pairing Bennett with Witten. Rookie FA WRs Amendola and Polk sound like they should be good additions, looks like Austin may be out of a job. We've significantly improved our Special Teams with returners added to the mix as well as two gunners for return coverage in both Jenkins and Scandrik. I just think in all three phases of the game we've improved significantly and will be very hard to contend with, especially if we start playing in two-back, two-TE sets.
