Cowboys making an offer for Pacman

SI.com - NFL - Cowboys, Titans negotiating Pacman trade - Wednesday March 26, 2008 10:20PM

Um, I personally don't want the guy in Dallas, he would probably shoot up half our strip clubs here. I have to admit though that the guy has talent and would help out the team. For a 7th rounder and a not highly valued player I wouldn't mind traded for Pacman and redoing his contract to a one year with limitations. For the right price I would take him, and that is a very very low trading price. He makes one misstep and get rid of him.

Have fun with Punkman.

I would be happy to trade him for a ham sandwich let alone some draft picks....

Jerry Jones has a sharp stick up his a** about this guy. He thinks he is the answer to all of Dallas's problems. This is why Dallas has not won a playoff game in 12 years. Jerry Jopne's thinking is getting as bad as Al Davis's. Packman and T.O. on the same team. A reporters wet dream.

Cowboys only want to offer a 7th round & and a unnamed player. Titans want a 4th round this year and a 4th round next year. Jerry may want Pacman, but there ain't no way he is dumb enough to give up 2 4th rounders for Pacman.

What exactly does Pacman Jones bring that Dallas needs to take the next step?

Please, someone please help me here. Why do they need him again?

They let Jacques Reeves walk in free agency, so they only have two quality CBs. They don't even have a nickle CB.

Is that a serious question?

The Cowboys need a QB opposite of Newman and a KR/PR. Pacman is one of the best at both.

I for one am sick of Pacman and think he needs to go, but a seventh round pick is total BS for him. I would rather give him one more shot and if he does anything else just cut like like we would probably do that seventh round pick.....

the guy is trouble

this is a bad move for Dallas IMO

it's a risk that would be huge if it worked out, or be a huge black eye for the organization if it doesn't

I guess, but I'm really not sure he's the type of guy you want there.

If it's a low price, I guess it's worth a shot, but I don't think they need a headache.

Pacman isn't one of the best at anything until he proves it on the field.

The only thing he's proven he's dominant at is finding strip clubs.

Ok....

He HAS proved it on the field, what's your point?

Just because he's suspended doesent mean he's not an awesome football player, or am I missing something?
