Dallas Cowboys Cowboys Coaching Staff Discussion

Garrett has been offered the head coaching job in Baltimoer as per the Fan590 and ESPN and in a bit older news, Sparano had been offered the head job with the Dolphins

I would love to see Jerry pay Garrett enough money to stay, as to Sparano I would love for him to stay but if he leaves it is understandable. Garrett has a better chance of winning a ring with the Boys than the Ravens, and he is likely to take over a pretty competitive team once Wade leaves.

Maybe not the right thread, but considering the pressure on Romo in the 4th quarter why didn't Garrett call for a couple of screen passes to Barber? Or did he and I was in such shock I didn't notice it.

Garretts play calling has been a let down since the amazingly strong start....I'm not sure on anyone anymore lol.

ESPN - Dolphins hire Sparano as head coach, replacing Cameron - NFL

Sparano officially hired as Head Coach of Miami. I'm glad Phillips made the room lighter, but hopefully he's not losing the people who put some things into action. Really hope Jones can get Garrett to stay, who according to the sports report yesterday, is 60/40 leaning in favour of taking the job with Baltimore.

Im sort of in agreement with the above....I would like to see all of them stay, I think the Cowboys had a great season but at the same time were a bit overrated and the fans thought they were better than they really were.

TO and Wade could be setting up for issues next season however as we know TO can be hard to handle at times. Especially when big losses come..

Smart decision, he would've struggled with both franchises. I don't think he was ready and personally I think these guys are getting pegged too young to take over teams and are not paying their dues.

The Falcons are a mess and the Ravens wouldn't let Garrett bring in his own staff according to Lee Hamilton

And honestly I don't mind is Pasqueloni leaves cause we have Dat Nguyen waiting in the wings to take over that position.

Dat Nguyen? Damn, it seems just like yesterday he was chasing down some running back with the Faggies

These guys are getting younger and younger by the second

I still remember being shocked when Miami had Garret as their QB coach.
