if they arent within two minutes of the end of the half then thats a catch because of the call the refs made on the feild.

True...but regardless they should have called a force out. It was obvious he was oushed out and it was a close call....but it's almost a given he would have got two feet down had he not been pushed. I mean logic would tell you to call it a force out.

The Boys played a great game minus a few mistakes. They have nothing to be ashamed of. they lost to one of the greatest teams to ever play the game. I don't think anybody can beat the Pats.

guess you havent heard, my predictions always come to fruition. you dont have to be jealous

some other notable predictions of mine:

-the world will come to an end in 2009

-one day i will be the only person in the would with a bomb proof bunker designed to hold all the celebrity women of my liking that i can do whatever i want with, and hundreds of boxes of co co puffs and cans of spaghetti-os with meatballs.

-Eagles will win the superbowl this year, next year, and every single year after that. same for the flyers with the stanley cup.

-spiderman is real, and will reveal himself to the world when hes good and ready.

-a barrel of oil will become the next president of the united states and do a better job than bush.

If we had to lose to anyone, it should be the Pats. They are way too deep for us to handle but you have to be encouraged by some of the plays our secondary was able to make while shorthanded and overmatched. If we have one loss that should be an encouraging one it should be the Pats, b/c we were down 14-0 quick and early but we were able to keep it close up until the end of the third beginning of the forth. 5-1 is still a great record and after the Vikings visit we should go into the bye week a decent 6-1. Not a bad start if we can come back and beat the Eagles in Philly to start the first 8 games 7-1. Things still look promising at 5-1 with Henry coming back likely after the bye, Tank Johnson starting hopefully next week, and Terry Glenn possibly coming back after the Eagles game.

Nice way to try and hi-jack this thread....

Anyways, we lost to the best team in football, and it was closer than the score showed for a while. There's no shame in losing to the team that will go undefeated and win the SB this year.

Things I learned from the Pats game:

The Cowboys are Good, but not Elite

We must learn to jump start our offense before the 2nd quarter

If you took a ratio of pay:skill, our secondary would rank last in the NFL (and that's with Newman skewing the numbers)

Our front 7 is phenomenal against the run, but must get more pressure on the QB. Granted we're still learning a new defense, but we are better then this.

We are one of the most undisciplined teams in the NFL - 11 Pentalies in the Biggest game of the Year AT HOME!! WTF?!?!

Evidently you have nothing that even resembles a life. The Eagles with their over-the-hill quarterback will probably not even secure a wild card spot. If they do they wil lose. Perhaps they should look towards signing Vinny Testaverde. He has a lot more years left than McScabb.

However I do agree about your opinion of Bush. The only difference is a barrel of oil has a much higher I.Q.
