Eagles get WR Stallworth from Saints

I like this move... Stallworth has a lot to offer. He'll be a great target for Donovan. Kudos to the Eagles for a smart trade (in my humble opinion, of course)

Great trade for the Eagles. I also think people are going to be looking at Stallworth if they have drafts coming up. Maybe not early, but he could put up huge numbers given the lack of other receivers in Phily.

I think this moves the Eagles from last in the NFC East to first for me.

The teams were close enough as it is but this just puts the Eagles slightly above everyone else.

Giants are still the top team IMO. Manning should grow this year, the defence is solid and the RB/WRs are better then the Eagles.

I really can't decide between the 2.

Ya, it's a toss up. Hell, if the Cowboys O-line holds up then all of a sudden they're in the mix just as much as anyone.

Not sure Eli will improve that much. In order for the Giants to contend - he has to improve a lot, not just a little. Also their defense is just solid - nothing to get crazy about.

The Giants are significantly more talented than everyone else IMHO, but that's not the question with them. The question is whether or not they can get over the fact that they all hate their coach, come together as a team, and dominate the division. I don't think they will and I think Eli will be the one to suffer for it.

I tend to agree with this assesment, the Giants still have a way to go, in order to be a true contender. I find it strange, that the Giants have been out of contention for quite some time, then they get themselves a Manning, and they are the best team in the division. ONE player does not make a team, and though his last name is Manning, his first is Eli not Peyton....

Back to the subject at hand, the addition to the Eagles. This is a GREAT step forward, and definately in the right direction. Now that they have a big threat receiver, it does make the division a little more interesting. I can not wait to see how this one turns out.......
