You should stop expecting me to bash my favorite team and players whenever they make a mistake. Not my style and I'm not a "homer" because of it....I can admit what they're not good at...I don't try to make it a daily or weekly thing like some people strive to do though.

Stop throwing jabs and they'll stop flying back at you (I guess).

No, this isn't a mistake. Roy Williams blowing in pass coverage has been going on for a while, and we're (Troy, TC, me ETC.) are fed up with it.

Would the appropriate response be...good for yall?

You put any player under a microscope and they'll look like crap. Whatever though....enjoy going in circles stating the obvious "he's not good against the pass".

(Keep a tab on Henry and Hamlin for me too...so far they both got bombed on once..same as Roy(although it wasnt a 60 yarder Roy got beat on))

smoot2skins is an unknown quantity at this point
Roy Williams = Overrated dude's ,next draft you guys should draft an Safety or something and trade Williams for some picks to develop young guys i mean look who you guys have?.

First of next year you guys should draft an RB and Safety in your first round, than develop an DL in the second round.Cause you guys are probably going 8-8 this year if people keep scoring easily with your secondary and Romo is not hard at all to figure out,

Sean Taylor = overrated....how many TDs did he give up last year? 11? The number says it all. 8-8 and still 6 games better than the Redskins?

What is your problem, RW318?

You attack everyone and anyone that disagrees with you or criticizes RW in any way...EVEN IF THE CRITICIZMS ARE NOT UNFOUNDED.

Seriously, you're embarassing yourself.

You mind telling me who I "attacked"?

You? You called me a homer and I was stating something in the reply post...was more of a in general statement.

The Redskins fan? He was talking to talk and isn't real sure what he's talking about. Taylor gets burned more yet I bet he sings his praises. So I simply pointed something out.

Who else? Theres reasons for everything...read and see them.

Embarassing myself? Get real. I came in a thread that was ragging on the obvious..."Roy Williams isn't great in coverage" tell me who doesn't know that? I tend to voice my opinion in threads....I don't know if that's normal or anything....I just tend to do it.

If you have to bash Roy Williams for blowing pass coverage you have to also acknowledge the big plays he makes as well. Including the plays he burns in the back field, like when he blows up a RB in the back field or whacks a WR on a reverse, or how about when he makes timely interceptions? O like the one he just took to basically put the game on ice today. You have to take the good with the bad.

I think you need to realize this thread was created in jest. Sure we're serious about the flaws in Williams' game, but really, this thread is meant to be of the dark humour variety.

Roy Williams is an excellent player, no argument here. But he needs work on pass coverage.

I agree, but I like to focus on the excellent player more than the pass coverage . I enjoy focusing on the big hits and timely interceptions than his blown coverage, makes me happier.
