NFC East

Its good to see that the NFC East is back to being the toughest division in football, like the early 90s. I am biased but I like the Redskins taking it with Dallas in 2nd

The NFC East is pretty serious...no great teams, but no scrubs either...

Right on about your bias. Dallas will probably take the division but it should be real competitive this year. Should be a good season.

Sorry, I just dont see a Mark Brunnell led team winning that division. I think it will ultimitely come down to who gets the bounces, because thats how close it really is.

Every year the Redskins make trades and fa signings that make me say ok, now they're going to be good again, but then the always seem to suck it up during the season. I don't get it especially now with Gibbs coaching again.

By far going to be a battle for the top spot, I think Dallas has the best shot but NY might surprise some people, either way facing each team twice during the season is going to be wear and tear on the teams.

Philly will take this division...it's due or die for that franchise. THis is the most important season the Philadelphia Eagles will ever have, and, Donovan McNabb's most important season as well. He has to prove once again that:
A.) He is a leader
B.) He can win without Owens
C.) He can get it done with his feet

Honestly, this is the year we're going to see Donovan start to scramble again. This is the year he is finally going to develope into a true leader, as opossed to the "by example" guy that he's been his whole career. The Eagles are not only the class of the NFC East, but the class of the NFC in general. Twill be a good year for the birds.

He will have to scramble cause none of those wr will be able to get open, and once westbrook goes down in the 6th game of the season, what else is he going to do.

Wow, no love for the Giants. That offense has a ton of potential this year, Eli will be better, Burress and Shockey are always good at least for most of the season, Barber will probably slip from last year's performance but can still be a part of a good team, and the defense's main weakness was corrected with the signing of Arrington. Drew Bledsoe is totally immoble and turnover prone, I can't see him leading them very far. They could be a wild card contender but I'm not thinking much more for them. The Redskins baffled everybody by bringing in some recievers to improve their offense, well guess what the QB is still Mark Brunell. I'm not sure why Gibbs is so in love with him. I'm keeping my eye on Philly, they could bounce back if Westbrook stays healthy. But I'm favoring the Giants at this point.

I don't agree with that

The NFC South is going to be that division

Carolina-perennial power and they add Keyshawn. He is overrated but he will help
New Orleans- Added Brees and Bush. Katrina killed their season last year
Tampa Bay-11 win team last year should get better with Sims maturing.
Atlanta-Michael Vick is the wildcard. He can singlehandedly carry or bury this team

Well I agree with two things.....

1. Giants in the NFC East

2. NFC South is the toughest division.

Most years I'd agree the South would be the best, but I really don't see any team in the East being below .500, in fact, I think all of them will finish well above .500 and one really good team in the East will be left out of the playoffs. New Orleans is still a year away from making big moves IMO, that leaves three good teams as opposed to four in the east (Philly will be back).

I feel that the South has the best overall team, but the East is easily the closest (and best) division.
