Strahan to retire??

After 14 years as one of the most dominant DEs in the league there are rumors that Micheal Strahan is thinking about retirement. The guy holds the single season sack record at 22 1/2 sacks. The guy has had a great career and will probably be Hal of Fame material, but I won't be sad to see the guy go. As a Cowboy fan I hope he follows Tiki to the greener grass.

ESPN - NFC: Strahan still a no-show at Giants camp - NFL

I hear it is nothing more than a ploy to keep him out of training camp, which he detests. He will be back two weeks before the regular season starts.

That or he had to sit in between Coughlin and Shockey at the dinner tabel

IF Strahan wants to retire then it looks like Coughlin and Eli maybe the reasons. I defintely feel that's why Tiki retired

Well Rumor has it, he's pissed that they are fining him and are talking about replacements. Looks like it is getting a lil testy over there in New York. If this continues I don't see him playing for them again.

There was a rumour out there the Giants are targeting Simeon Rice if Strahan does retire.
