Guess they want to have their RB's decided before camp, so they aren't suckered into another TJ Duckett fiasco.

Also, I bet you see barely any Portis in the preseason.

LOL - no doubt. Gibbs made everything this offseason voluntary for once (minus training camp of course) and Portis has already made it clear he won't be there for any of it. Him and Santana have a 3 month date with a leather couch, a PS3 and Madden 2008.

Either way, I like how Williams sounds like he's ready to let his rookies play if they are better than the vet in front of them.

That whole Holdman/Rocky mess was awful.

I don't know, we should see a fair amount of Portis in the preseason, I just hope he doesn't make any stupid mistakes like this past season.

Portis will have to play just so he gets use to being hit again. Plus, they might want to test out some plays with him.

Blaylock, I don't really know much about, but I trust the team and Gibbs, so hopefully all goes well.
