I'll say Philly is the only team from the East that makes the playoffs.

My Skins are still a mess
Giants will miss Tiki
Dallas under Wade will be the same as any other team under Wade

So we'll go to the Playoffs as a 14-2 team?

As a HC, how many playoff games has Wade won?

That was Marty's team that went 14-2. Not Wade's.

You said the Eagles would be the only team to make the playoffs... how many of Wade's teams have MADE the playoffs? I'm pretty sure most of them, including the horrid Buffalo Bills

I know he didn't win the AFC East in this 1st year in Buffalo. They might have gotten a wildcard. I apologize for forgetting that. Perhaps Wade and Dallas can both end their playoff droughts together. I just don't see it happening this year.

Regardless. I think Philly is the only team from the East that gets a bid. I think all the Wildcards come from the NFC South and one from the West.

He took the Bills to the playoffs 2 of the 3 years he was there. So in his 5 years as a HC, he's gone to the playoffs twice... not bad considering they were the Buffalo Bills and were in a huge down swing after a 5yr run left them very depleted of talent.

Either way, the Cowboys have a phenomenal offense and their only weakness was their porous defense. Phillips is a defensive genious and runs the 3-4 better then anyone. Add his strengths with the talent and our offensive power and it's hard to imagine the Cowboys doing WORSE then they did last year, especially in a division as weak as the NFC.

Uh no. That would be Rex Ryan in Baltimore IMO. But I agree that Phillips is up there with him.

Ranked 5th in the regular season and 10th in the playoffs isn't quite Phenomenal. We'll see how Romo adjusts to a new coaching staff, and system. What is kept, what is called, etc.

Wade has never won a playoff game as a head coach. Which jives with the past decade in Dallas. I've got no room to talk, my team stinks. However, I'm saying that Philly wins the Divison and no wildcards come from the NFC East.

Just like 2 years ago seem like the blip for me with Washington (wildcard, playoff win on the road, etc). I think last year was your blip.

I like Rex alot, I think he'll be a great HC and wanted Dallas to look his way, but you can't deny that Phillips is the more experience DC and has had much stronger defenses for a longer period of time then Rex. I think they both are very close but Wade's experience gets him the nod

Rex can run the 3-4 and switch to the 4-3 or a bastard 5-2 or a 2-5 configuration, from one down to the next, without switching out his players. That's why I'm in awe of the guy.
