I like it, hes a 3-4 man, and maybe he will let DeMarcus Ware run lose, unlike BP did, and maybe he will move Roy Williams to OLB, and draft Reggie Nelson.

As a Head Coach in Buffalo

Wasn't he awful???? Look how badly he handled Rob Johnson and Doug Flutie and they were two relatively easy going guys. I remember Flutie took that team to a 9-6 record, guaranteeing them a playoff spot, so Wade asked Flutie to rest. Johnson played so well in Game 16, that Flutie got benched. I have always thought that was horrible. Just from a person perspective. If your boss sent you way on vacation as a reward for the kick ass job you done and then fired you because the Temo he hired seemed like he had more potentional than you, wouldn't you be pissed? He's a great defensive mind, terrible manager. I predict disaster....

And you boys thought I wasn't paying attention. I'm here for more than my Cougar appetites...

Don't really know about this one. I'll have too see how things go in the weeks leading up to the draft. I really hope that we FINALLY address the O-Line, as it's the biggest weakness on the team IMO. Phillips' hasn't been as successful as one would like as a HC, but hopefully that changes in big D.

The good news: Parcells is gone, so someone might actually care about the offensive line.
The bad news: Jerry will probably be doing the drafting, so watch out.

The sad thing is that he was the most successful head coaching candidate available thanks to the Big Fat Asshole Tuna waiting so long to quit.

Interesting take on the Phillips situation. The argument is that with Garret and Sparano helping to run an already productive offense, that someone needed to be brought in to help instill a strong defensive philosophy. Hence why Philips got the job over Norv Turner.
