Eagles fans all over feel a bit relieved
Thanks to Tony Romo this lovely New Years Eve

That sprint for the End Zone was a nifty little trick
Alas, young Tony, your last name simply is not Vick.

Don’t worry, Tony, you have quite a career ahead
But this year is for Eagles Fans to cheer along instead.

So thank you for a great season, you were a wonder to watch
But thanks from Eagles Fans for bringing their excitement up a notch.

Very nice, but the Eagle cheering will not last very long either.

Someting I do not understand though, why this coming from a Raider/Jets fan?

Thank you both. Good question, Wags... The answer is that I'm a NYer transplanted in Pennsylvania. So the Raiders/Jets game wasn't carried by any of the local stations and I spent my football viewing time mostly on highlights. That, and there are lots of Philly fans in this area, so I can't help but follow the NFC East to at least some degree. (Fortunately, I was able to listen to a long-distance static-filled radio broadcast from the NY Jets station)
