eagles

I always cheer em on win or lose...I was raised an Eagles fan and being in this area, it's what you do...I'd love to see them go ALL the way and win.

Just saw the long Stallworth TD highlight on ESPN. Donte learned that little head fake from Joe Horn. Joe's caught a whole lot of passes in his career with that same exact move.

I hated to see Donte go but I guess better to get something for him than lose him in free agency and get nothing in return.

Still rather choose Bledsoe over Mcnabb with his 3 interceptions. I imagine they could even be going to Romo after a performance like that.

Week 1

news

sheppard is very doubtful for this coming week after he injured his ankle against huston yesterday. eagles might bring someone back from thier roster cuts the other week to get down to a 52 man roster.

Hood or hanson will fill in for Lito. Good 1st game. Now we need to focus on beating the Giants

I enjoyed watching the Eagles choke in the second half today ... loved it. Giants had to many penalties to count and STILL managed 23 unanswered points.

True. The Giants owe much of their victory to Philadelphia's inability to punish the Giants on offense and extend their lead when they could.

well, i wouldnt put it in those words exactly. the eagles offense looked like they could care less what happened after browns touch down. id also say that the giants obviously were able to get the lucky bounce (littereally) and lets not forget the running game of tiki was shut down mostly all game. it was an exciting, good game, but the eagles offense looked like they gave up and the defense couldnt do everything even though they did a lot. the sad thing is mcnabb passes for 20000 career yards and who cares cause they whole team blew it...even the coaches. imjust glad we play twice this year

I think they will do well if they can play consistently from start to finish. Last night's game was kind of a roller coaster ride against a mediocre team. They can't play that type of ball against a Bill Parcels team and walk away with a "W."

Okay, this coming Sunday the Eagles play the Cowboys. Two feirce rivals and the rivalry between the fanbases rivals what happens on the field. Thus, I would like to remind posters from both teams that personal attacks will not be tolerated here. Consider this your warning. A heated debate is fine, personal insults are not. Keep the discussion clean and enjoy the game on Sunday.
