Terence Newman was robbed

how does this man not make the pro bowl, and Lito Sheppard goes in ahead of him, and how does Roy get in instead of him, Roy is my favorite player on the team, but hes not a pro bowler this year, I just dont understand it.

Where have you been? Lito has been having one of his best seasons ever. He ENDED the Cowboys game with an endzone pick for a TD, he ENDED the Carolina game with an Endzone pick, and has 5 on the year.. So does Roy, I dont know if Newman even has 2. Plus he's overrated.

where have you been?!?!?! Lito Sheppard missed 3 games due to injuries, and T-New played all year, and had a great year, and for ending the game, that ball was thrown right to him, your momma would've caught that ball, and Romo would've never done that, oh, and speaking of ending games, I seem to remember a team from Indianapolis coming to Texas Stadium, and having DeMarcus Ware, Kevin Burnett, Roy Williams, Greg Ellis beat them up, maybe my memory is slipping, but didnt we end the "best NFL" teams undefeated season?, lol, bring something better than picks your momma would have caught.

All the more impressive. TN is a CB so i want to know how many picks he's got, thats what they're paid to do. You're right his pick against Dallas was a gimme, still just as clutch, but vs. Carolina it was win or lose. The pick he made on Keyshawn was one of the nicest picks I've ever seen, he kept his feet in by a hair, and if he doesnt make that catch they lose the game and realistically have no chance at the playoffs.

Since when is it about INTs? Have you EVER watched a game in your Life?

Lito's pick against Dallas came when he turned around and had the ball hit him in the gut b/c Bledsoe threw it right at him... the one against Carolina came when Delhomme over threw Keyshawn and it went right to him - granted he had to do some footwork, but it wasn't like he made some stellar move or was ALL OVER Keyshawn b/c he got outmoved and just got lucky. He's been burned more times then he's picked the ball and is not a great Cover Corner... so please spare me the "Li-toast" did so well this year b/c you will not win that conversation.

Newman on the other hand has given up 2 ... yes TWO!! ... TD's in 32 Games... some people would argue 1 b/c the one against Reggie Wayne he was in Zone Coverage and had the flats so Wayne wasn't his guy to cover and it was Keith Davis'... oh and the OTHER TD came from Vick last week after Vick sat in the pocket for 12 seconds then placed a bullet into Leile's hands which Newman ALMOST knocked down as he dove in front - no corner in the League is good enough to stay man-to-man for 12 seconds while the QB has no pressure on him.

So I will state this again - very rarely does Newman get thrown at because he's THAT good - when he does get thrown at, he's had more PD's then Completions, and he has given up 1 (ONE!!!) TD in 2 (TWO!!!) Seasons... Hall and Lito both gave up more then that in ONE game!

You have just been smacked down ...

thats the point I was about to make, he is never thown at cause hes so good, thats why he never get 7 INT's a year, he would if he got a chance, cause they wont try it on him, the same goes for Al Harris, the Green Bay CB, he locks up all of the big names that come to him, so replace any of those so called "Shutdown Corners", I want Al Harris and Terence Newman.

Gladly, remember Lito will be covering the leagues DROP leader, I will take a pro bowl corner on that anyday. Lets change it to any avator, you put up a Manning avator and I'll put up any of your choice.

Pro Bowl is a Popularity Contest and that same Drop Leader is the TD Leader... that's like saying Babe Ruth is the Strike out Leader and ignoring the fact he was the HR Leader too - idiots
