This dude's amazing, 100+ yards in almost all the games he's started this year. Kid's crazy good for a backup RB. IMO the best backup in the league right now. What do you ya'll think of this guy?

I think Michael Turner is the best backup in the league, but it was stupid of him to re-sign with the deadskins, hes a good player, and couldve really cashed in in free agency.

Here's a question I've been wondering... with the resurgance of Betts - do the Skins let him go to FA or let Portis go and keep Betts?

Why did they pull Betts out when they were at the 5 yard line and put in Duckett? I dont know how many of you saw the game but it was extremely winable for the Redskins. Al Saunders is such a "genius" right, give me a break.

why you ask?
because thats how you use a player like duckett. he was a machine in goal line situations for the A.T.L. and i imagine thats why they traded for him. hes a bettisesque player with less talent, but thats the situation he is good at producing in. maybe betts was tired at the time (im not sure)...but they have been pushing him to the limit for weeks now.

You dont see SD pulling Tomlinson and handing the ball to turner everytime their within 15 do you? Arguably turner is a better short yardage back.. Thats absolute BS, Washington has the worst managment in the league from the top to the bottom. How much $ is that offence worth again?

comeon dude, thats a silly argument. tomlinson is gonna be league mvp this year in all likelyhood. you gotta take things in context. but, washington did play a really good game the other day. they pwned us as far as possesion time n stuff. they made a bad decision in giving duckett the ball near the goal line..you live you learn. hes prb not getting the ball but a handful of time for the rest of the season anyway.

+ how much is their offence worth? thats a good question.

I think Portis is just about done, and Joe Gibbs is another coach who likes the two running back system.
