I think Dave Meggett would have something to say about that!

Look at that little Meggett Run!

Green Bay Packers hall of fame??

i don't know about that. i'm not gonna say tiki hasn't had a very impressive career, but worthy of the hall of fame?? thats a bit of a stretch for me. i'm not even sure he's the best player in his family. i'm not sure, but i think rhonde has more td's this yearlol. but seriously, it's for the great players, not the really good players. i can think of a lot of rb's i would put in playing right now over him. LJ will have a better career, barring injury, shaun a, LT, edge (if he can get back on track), portis will have a better career, steven jackson and brian westbrook (again barring injury for those 2). so i just don't see him as hall of fame material. what do u guys think of his brother as a possible inductee?? i think he might be one of best cover corners in the last decade.

It's way to early in most of these guy's career's to compare them with Tiki.

only 9 others have 10k rushing that like 300 wins in baseball is the auto induction line and he will go over that this year he unlike most of those on the list is the only one who can catch the ball as good as he runs with it..... and his returns early in his career make him a triple threat for entry to canton and yes after two more TD's against Mcnabb yesterday Ronde is mining the Bronze for his canton bust

owens81 is an unknown quantity at this point
tiki is probably the only giant i like. hes a hell of a player and he has a great attitude. i realizied he's always joking around with players on the other team, patting on the back and just having a good time. i gurantee every player in the game loves and respects tiki, hes a class act.

Green Bay Packers i don't think of him

as one of the greats. he's got 8700 coming into the year, if u look at it, with being 2 yrs. younger, ahman green has 7500 and 49 td's. tiki has 50. tiki has 12 rec. td's and ahman has 13. tiki has no rushing td's this year. ahman just broke off a 70 yder. tiki does have almost 5000 yds recieving and ahman only has 2500, still not too bad. but looking at the two players, they have very similar stats. if tiki retires, ahman will certainly pass him on everything but maybe rec. yds. is ahman a hall of famer then?? according to u guys he is.

It's not like Tiki wouldn't have a whole lot more touchdowns if Fassel hadn't stubbornly used Dayne instead of Tiki inside the 5 yard line.

At least Coughlin's replacing him with a guy (Jacobs) who's good in short yardage.

u didn't answer my ? though

if u guys think that tiki's a hall of famer, with 4 more good years, is ahman good enough to make it too then?? just curious. if he's healthy for 3 more years he should get 10000 yds. and by your standards, that would make him the equivalent to a 300 game winner!!

You make a good argument, katzenboyer.

Just looked up the yards per carry and they're just about the same (Tiki 4.7 and Ahman 4.6).

If Tiki gets in and Ahman doesn't it may simply be a matter of perception. When one thinks of the Packers for the past decade, BRETT was the center of attention. When one thinks of the Giants, it's Tiki.

Rushing is only half of it. Look at receiving yards and Barber dominates Green. He also has more career rushing yards.

there sure arent any voices of reason among the ones you seem to HEAR in your head..... that being said Tiki may not be a first ballot hall of famer.... Seeing as he will be up against Bettis and Faulk and Martin that year, but combined with his Receptions his numbers rival Marshall Marshall Marshall...... and he broke Barrys record monday nite of leading his team in total yard in I think the stat was 70th straight game i could be wrong only caught the numbers on the screen seeing as i mute the games Joe Theisman does color on!!!
