Well have you been playing it?

I'm absolutly the worst player EVER!!! I've been away from the EA football games for like the last 4 years as I've been an active memeber in the 2KX revolution... That being said, I'm enjoying this game a lot...

Have you gotten the real names yet? Not that it really matters but I like having the names...

Who do you guys like in the game, ect... West Vriginia is rediculous good on O but D leaves to be desired, they've got ballhawking DBs, but if you can get a HB into the backfeild, you can do some damage...

Georgia is a good team. Knowshon Moreno in the backfield is nice, Stafford at QB is nice too. Their Dline is good enough to put a lot of pressure on the QB to force bad throws to what I see as a weak secondary.

I'm assuming that you mean the Yellow Jackets and not the Dawgs right? Or do you mean them... I played as the Georgia Bulldogs and wasn't that impressed. There O-Line wasn't that good at making some of the big holes that teams like Miami or Florida make for their backs... It was before I had gotten the real names though, so I can't be sure...

What really surprises me in this game is the amount of HBs that are impact players in the high 80-90. If this translates into Madden stats, then the first few draft classes are just going to be rediculous with HBs...

As a side note, you can get all of the rosters you need at Operation Sports (I hope that doesn't get me banned, as it's relevent to the thread). But you need to have a memory stick to get the PS3 ones as apparently there is a glitch which freezes the game if you get em via the locker, apparently there is a patch comming to fix that...

Any how, as for the Yellow Jackets, they're pretty decent only that they run a huge option set and unless that's your strong suit, I'd stay away...

Yes, I meant the Dawgs. I don't need the holes honestly. I'm an outside runner and hate the dives and such, so I usually have the two pulling linemen and do the rest of the work myself with the new HB string moves. And yeah, HB's are becoming really popular in the games and tend to get really good stats for pretty much any starter and end up as an impact player.

Alright, so you're playing it then? Do you know what they mean by the "breakaway" feature? I have no idea what the hell this is, but apparently it gets you open... Any ideas?

No clue. I personally think that's just another term for the HB moves they put in...

Ah... Okay, thanks... BTW, the Dawgs was who I thought were the Yellow Jackets... I got confused as I don't really play as either team very much... Yeah, the Dawgs are like 99 in everything...

Another possibility that I think I heard was the break away thing is just them putting a new name on the lead the receiver thing on throws. Precision pass with a new name I think

Whoa whoa whoa......is it just me or does everyone have trouble with Clemson. They took me to overtime and all I could win by was a FG opposed to me crushing Florida.....Something aint right. When Clemson can give Georgia a run for their money and the Gators can't, something's wrong lol

May just be a match up thing... That being said, the robo QB thing may be killing you. It makes regular joes look like Manning... I've taken to simply super simming the D portion of the games and the results are more "life like".

I tend to run more than pass though. So the QB tends to do nothing really. I do post about 5-6 sacks with a single player a game though...I should super sim the D too

I mean that THEY have the robo QB thing going on. That being said, here's what I do to open up the game as the AI isn't that quick, just go with a spread type of offence and audible into a run play and vice versa and eventualy the comp doesn't know what you're up to...
