IGN: NCAA Football 08 Preview

NCAA football 2007 for the 360 was dissapointing for me, I like all the new features in the game, and they really need to fix the lag in online mode, I could have had some epic matches with my buddies and they were screwed up to all the lag.

I hear ya man, there's lag in almost every online game out there though, except for EA's NHL series... shows where their head's at. But I'm pumped for this game! I wonder if it will have the same sort of style that Madden has.

no, Jared Zabransky is on the cover *shaking my head* why not Calvin Johnson, JaMarcus Russell or even Adrian Peterson?

I dont understand how a certain player can be on the cover, but then there are no names in the actual game...I loved NCAA 07, a lot better than madden, but I doubt Ill get ncaa 08

The player can only be on the cover after he has moved on to the NFL.

The NCAA is pretty lame in that you lose your eligibility to play if you are featured in a video game or something. College players can't be paid or something, so you know how it goes.

I can live with Zbransky. He's the second player born in the state of Oregon to grace the cover in recent years.

it took forever but i finally completed my legend mode on 07 now i can finally start a career on madden

i hope 08 is good i'll probably buy it cause i have nothing better to do

Haha me too man, I'm 3 games away from finishing my Junior year. Did you go to your Senior year or enter the draft early?

07 was fun, but lacked alot of things it needed - that being said, I won't be buying NCAA 08
