Yea it is i haven't been able to go to any games but i listen to the games on the net when im home. If i remember ill try to post them here and maybe you guys if you wanted to could listen in to.

my team won friday 35-7 and now were back in the top ten in the state

and i'm on the JV team (its hella fun) and we won our first game 24-6 and i had one catch for about 15,16 yards. Post corner routes are always fun.

I was very involved in high school football...very involved with the players, intensely involved...my good old days (too many years ago)

Well Green Forest lost in the second round of the playoffs to the top seed who is undefeated Charleston. We lost pretty bad 33-7 here is the brackett that is still going on:

Crusaders Get Roughed Up In 3A Championship

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa (AP) -- First he gets a scholarship offer from Nebraska, then he leads his team to a state championship.
You'd have to say this has been a pretty good week for Keokuk quarterback James Vandenberg.
Vandenberg added to his state records by throwing for 219 yards and three touchdowns as Keokuk rolled past Sioux City Heelan 42-7 Saturday to win the Class 3A title in a turnover-plagued game.
Vandenberg says it's been a great week -- and a great year for his team. He says he is proud of his senior laden club. Twenty-one of the 22 starters on Keokuk's squad were seniors.
Vandenberg has drawn interest from several major schools, including Iowa and Michigan State, while throwing from Keokuk's spread offense.
He went 18-for-26 against Heelan with touchdown throws of 10 and 20 yards to James Hurt and 13 yards to Cole Lockwood.

Heelan is the powerhouse in my area, this guy Vandenberg had some impressive stats and I hope he goes with the Huskers.

Iowa seems to have been in a big slump over the last 10 years.
