Rivals-Notre Dame

With everyone in the country wondering if the Irish will get speed, the Irish latch on to the best QB in the country.

I caught Oaks Christian twice and Clausen wasn't all that impressive either time. That Marc Tyler kid USC signed looked phenominal.

How many stars is he?

Weiss is doing a great job of recruiting.... now if he could just get the Irish to join a conference, like the rest of us.

isnt that what ND lacks the most, speed? I think Weis is doing a ok job, because, IMO, hes not getting what ND needs, some speed guys, cause your not gonna be able to beat the Michigans or USC's of the world with out speed.

But it is his fault for not getting speed, lets see how much they like him if he gets blown out by the big schools again this year.

You're right but apparently where he lacks in speed, he makes up for it in toughness. Supposedly he is really tough to take down and he runs right through the D.
wags.... Hughes is 4*

And yes, ND has recruited speed. Of course.

Harrison Smith safety (possible LB) 4.45 fast (4*)
TE Mike Ragone 4.45 in the 40 (4*)
CB Gary Gray fast (4/5*)
Emeka Nwankwo OL fast (4*)
Armando Allen RB 4.35 fast (4*)
Golden Tate WR 4.4 (4*)
Aaron Nagel LB 4.5 (5*)
DE Justin Trattou (5*)
Chris Little OT (4*)
