Any High Stakes leagues out there?

I know of a few High stakes leagues like WCOFF, but what other ones are out there that are Professional and really run right. I seen a bunch of sites out there, but they always seemed like thrown together sites and I couldn't trust them that much.

Not professional but I play in a high stakes (side action) private league that we run via Yahoo.

Yahoo is great but the waiver wire system sucks and is way too simple. The real winner is whoever is around at home on Sunday to pick up a player when somebody gets injured is usually gonna be well off.

Beano33,

Is that bitterness in your post I sense?

Yeah, I agree Yahoo's waiver system sucks.

I'm unfamiliar with the paid league options but I agree that the Yahoo waiver system sucks. I haven't seen the NFL.com fantasy leagues mentioned, and I'm not sure they offer the options you'd need, but I like the waver system they use for public leagues. Starting with the first game of the week your lineups are locked and you can place bids for players on waivers until tuesday or wednesday when the team with the lowest standings will get first dibs on the player/s they choose.

So we got no high stakes players in here? I dont think I have any room for any more but wouldn't mind tracking one, and seeing how it plays out..

I'd like to see a 5K entry next year high stakes league... just not sure there is a market for it

You've got one. Private league though, I'll see what I can do about posting results during the season if you want, I will need the consent of the rest of the addicts though.

Pay Day Sports runs a 5k entry but you have had to place top 5 (i think) in one of the big 3 (Nffcc, wcoff, pay day) games previously to be allowed in.
