Denver RB for Fantasy League
For those of you that may be considering a Denver Broncos RB, as a good fantasy Pick Up, may want to read this. I am quoting from KFFL, that was quoted from the Denver Post......
Quote:
Imagine that, they are more worried about winning the REAL game, compared to what problems it will cause for Fantasy Games....![]() |

As a Broncos Fan, I have no problems with the way they are running the ball. What ever it takes to get the job done, I'm happy with it.....
As for using a Denver RB for my Fantasy teams, no matter how bad I want to use one, it just doesn't make sense.........![]() |

Wow, I looked at that situation long and hard and thought about taking a gamble, but the risk far out weighed the reward, so I did not tak a Denver RB in any of my drafts. I have a feeling people will be jumping on someones bandwagon fantasy wise by week 2-3 up there.

thats the thing.... you have to wait at least a few weeks into the season to see who starts seperating from the pack. right now theres 4 options and thats too many for fantasy.

I do have Mike Bell on a couple of my teams, Tatum was picked up pretty fast in the drafts. If there does wind up with two 1000 yard rushers again this season, the reward is going to be great.......

If you have watched any of ESPN's fantasy rules, they said one of them was "Never draft a Broncos running back.... because Mike Shannahan hates you." I think its pretty good advice. I had Tatum last year and if I did start him he was terrible, if I didnt, he ran for 2 tds. its just such a guessing game its not worth it.

I think Tatum Bell will win the job eventually, but he'll still be splitting with Mike Bell. That being said, neither is worth having on your team.
