Which defense should I start?

Cowboys defense vs. Buffalo

Jaguars defense vs. Kansas City

I have the Cowboys defense starting right now, but I wanted to get yalls opinion

And also, which defense is better overall?

Man I only play in full defense leagues so I am not completely up to date on how they score these things... but I wouldn't expect the Bills to get 200 yards and may not see the endzone as an offense so that would lead me to start the Cowboys.

Id start the Cowboys defense the jags are unreliable this year they may play good D one week then loose it the next and with the Cowboys going against the Bills they should get you the most points easy.
